Froyo is made in with milk but there is more to it than that. It is created by adding “good” bacteria to milk. These bacteria convert the milk sugar into lactic acid. This process creates the well-known tangy flavor of frozen yogurt.  But it’s not just cow’s milk. The milk of sheep, goats, and even buffalo are sometimes used in the frozen yogurt process here in the US. Camels milk is also sometimes used in the middle east.
